Farm to Fork
What makes our pork different than what you would buy in the grocery store? Our pork is raised from birth until harvest outdoors in the timber and pasture on our farm. They are fed an all organic soy-free feed that we get fresh milled from a local farm. We also don’t drastically reduce their movement, resulting in a more lean but nutritionally dense meat.
We believe that you are what you eat and would never feed our community anything we wouldn’t feed our kids. For that reason, our hogs are never given any antibiotics, hormones or injections of any sort.
Our pork is not going to be the traditional white color that often consumers are use to seeing, Instead expect a dark pink to rich red color depending on the cut.
